SHIPPING INFORMATION
NOTE: In rare cases, packages may take longer to deliver than listed. Unfortunately, this is out of our control and in some cases customs may delay delivery.
Typically, your package will arrive at your address 5-10 days after it is shipped.

You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. We will only cover shipping costs if the item is damaged and needs to be replaced.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for a replacement to reach you may vary.

Due to the larger and heavier boxes, our standard shipping is $9.99 with free shipping on purchases over $129.

Please take into consideration that our products are mainly from overseas and therefore may take some time to arrive. We are not responsible for undelivered packages (due to incorrect addresses). However, we can handle damaged items and packages lost in transit as long as we receive proof (stated in the Refunds section) within 5 days of receipt.
